What is SLS?
Supported Living Services (SLS) provides comprehensive, flexible support for adults with developmental disabilities who live in their own homes. Unlike residential facilities, SLS allows individuals to maintain their own household while receiving the personalized assistance they need to be safe, healthy, and happy.
Our Life Guides provide hands-on support with daily living activities, health and safety, community participation, and personal goals. Services can range from a few hours per week to 24/7 support, depending on individual needs.

Life Guides receive extensive training and ongoing supervision from experienced Case Facilitators. Our team approach ensures consistent, high-quality support with clear communication among all team members.
