Skills training and coaching to help individuals achieve their full potential and live the independent life of their dreams.
Independent Living Services (ILS) is a skills-based program designed to help adults with developmental disabilities develop the abilities they need to live more independently. Our ILS Coaches work one-on-one with individuals in their homes and communities, teaching and reinforcing practical skills that support greater self-sufficiency.
The goal of ILS is simple: to help you reach the full and independent life of your dreams. Whether you want to manage your own finances, cook healthy meals, use public transportation, or advocate for yourself, our team provides the training and support you need to succeed.
ILS services are provided based on your Individual Program Plan (IPP) goals. Your ILS Coach will meet with you regularly—typically in your home or community—to work on the specific skills identified in your plan. Sessions are hands-on and practical, with a focus on real-world application.
We track progress carefully and adjust our approach as you master new skills. Our coaches celebrate your achievements and provide encouragement every step of the way. The ultimate goal is always to help you become as independent as possible.
